Information We Collect

SubsidyLookup does not require registration or collect personal information from visitors. When you use this site, we may receive standard web server logs including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This information is used solely for operating and improving the site and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Public Records

This site displays federal spending data sourced from USASpending.gov, a U.S. government public database. Recipient names appearing on this site are drawn from federal records that were already public at the time of publication. We display only what the federal government has made publicly available.

Beginning around fiscal year 2020, USASpending.gov began redacting individual recipient names from its public data. We follow these redactions — names that the government has removed from its public files are not displayed on this site.

Removal Requests

If you believe information about you appears incorrectly or should be removed, please contact us. We review all removal requests and will consider them on a case-by-case basis. Note that we are unable to remove information that continues to appear in the underlying government source data.

Cookies

This site uses minimal session cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for analytics and infrastructure (such as CloudFront CDN). These services may collect aggregate usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
